1. Introduction of feeding organization on drum chipper:
The upper feeding organization (commonly known as “pendulum”) is composed of upper feeding roller base, 2~4 feeding rollers, upper feeding roller shaft, pendulum shaft, locking equipment, chain transmission equipment and reducer.
The feed roller has a large diameter, a large mass and coarse teeth on the outside, which can compress the material and make the material enter the cutting position at a balanced speed to ensure the cutting length and quality. The upper feeding roller is fastened to the shaft through a locking device, the shaft is supported by a spherical roller bearing, and the bearing seat is fixed on the upper feeding roller. The upper feeding roller base is mounted on the machine base through the swing shaft and can swing up and down around the swing shaft to ensure that it can actively select the feeding height.
The BX218 chipper has two upper feeding rollers. The speed reducer directly drives one feeding roller in between. After the chain transmission device, the other feeding roller is moved in the same direction, and the rolling direction is the same as that of the knife roller.
2. Introduction to the feeding organization of the drum chipper:
The lower feeding organization is composed of 2 to 4 feeding rollers, feeding roller shafts, supporting shafts, locking equipment, chain transmission equipment and reducers.
The lower feed roller is fastened with the bearing through the locking device, the shaft and the supporting roller are made of spherical roller bearings, and the bearing seat is fixed on the machine seat. The BX218 chipper has 2 lower feeding rollers. The speed reducer directly drives 1 feeding roller in between. The other feeding rollers, supporting rollers and the driving roller of the conveying assembly are moved in the same direction through the chain drive device. Rolling, the rolling direction is opposite to that of the knife roller.
The teeth of the upper and lower feeding rollers are staggered to make the debris sorted.
